Edgeboard is an informational sports-market research product. It compares illustrative or third-party market data, model estimates, and related signals. Edgeboard is not a sportsbook, bookmaker, financial adviser, or wagering operator, and it does not accept wagers or hold player funds.
2. Eligibility and lawful use
You may use Edgeboard only where doing so is lawful and only if you are legally eligible to access sports-wagering information in your location. You are responsible for knowing and following the laws and rules that apply to you.
3. Information, not guarantees
Odds, lines, model outputs, estimated edges, alerts, and historical information may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or unavailable. No output is a promise of a result or profit. You remain solely responsible for every decision you make.
4. Membership and billing
When paid access launches, the price, trial period, renewal interval, taxes, and cancellation terms shown at checkout will control. Unless checkout says otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Joining the founding list does not create a paid subscription and does not authorize a charge.
5. Acceptable use
You may not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or resell substantial portions of the product, impersonate another person, or use Edgeboard to violate law or third-party rights.
6. Availability and changes
Features, sports, data sources, pricing, and availability may change. We may suspend access to protect the service, comply with law, or address misuse.
7. Disclaimer and limitation
Edgeboard is provided on an “as available” basis without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Edgeboard and its operators are not liable for wagering losses, lost profits, indirect damages, or decisions based on product information.
8. Contact and final review
Before accepting paid members, these terms should be reviewed for the business entity and location that will operate Edgeboard, and a support contact should be added at checkout.
